Panasonic's cordless landline with Skype
Can't decide whether to use the oh-so-nineties landline or your fresh new Skype account? No worries
thanks to Panasonic. Panny is tag-teaming their telephones with a new Skype partnership. If the plans work out, you'll
get your choice of calling options between both services on a single phone, which sounds better than a Skype WiFi-only
phone. We still think it's odd to use a wireless phone for calls over wires, but at least we can feel slightly
redeemed with the addition of Skype on our home phone. Here's hoping the new model looks like the current KX-TG5456S
from Panasonic pictured above; we just can't wait to see our Skype contacts on a color screen.Read

What? Really? I guess wireless Ethernet bridges and the remote for your cable TV must also give you fits.
