What's on your HDTV: 'Narcos,' 'Killjoys,' college football

This week the NFL preseason is wrapping up as the college football season begins, which also means the end of summer TV and the beginning of fall programming. Battlebots and Killjoys both have season finales this week, while You're the Worst, Narcos and Chef's Table: France all premiere.
