Dear Veronica: File formats and follow-up freak outs!
Last week, I asked for photos of your busted up (but still functional) phones, and you delivered! I noticed a trend of there being way more iPhones compared to Android devices that were sent in, so I'm trying to figure out: do you viewers just have more iPhones, or do Android users just chuck theirs when they get a chip because they're less expensive? Anyway.
